The completed cart! I was able to recreate the logo from an image and re draw it into our programming system for the mill.
No, I’m not making a metal cart for Sonic Spinball. I have to pick a cart to potentially lose/destroy when I make a metal cart so I picked spinball over my SOR2 cart. Pictured is the piece of aluminum billet and machine that was used to make the cart.
The billet after the first operation was completed. The pattern left by the tools is actually very smooth to the touch.
